1. What materials are your necklaces made from?
Our necklaces are crafted from high-quality materials, including stainless steel, sterling silver, gold-plated finishes, and rhodium plating. Some designs may include semi-precious stones or crystals. We ensure that all materials are carefully selected for durability and comfort.
2. How do I care for my necklace?
To keep your necklace in the best condition, we recommend the following:
- Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, or harsh chemicals.
- Store your necklace in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Clean with a soft, non-abrasive cloth to maintain shine.
- Avoid wearing jewelry during physical activities or swimming.
3. How do I know which necklace size is right for me?
We offer a variety of chain lengths to suit different preferences. Most of our necklaces come in adjustable sizes (e.g., 40–45 cm). 4. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, we offer gift wrapping options! When you place your order, simply select the gift wrapping option at checkout, and we will beautifully package your necklace, ready for gifting.
5. What countries do you ship to?
Currently, we ship only within Poland. We are working to expand our shipping options in the future, so please stay tuned for updates!
6. How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time within Poland is 3–7 business days. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

7. Can I return or exchange my necklace?
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied, we accept returns for 14 days after receipt of your order. The necklace must be in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging. For more details on returns and exchanges, please see our Return Policy.
8. What if my necklace is damaged or defective?
We take quality control seriously, but in the rare case that your necklace arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We'll assist you with the return process and offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
9. Can I customize or personalize my necklace?
At this time, we do not offer customization or personalization services. However, we regularly introduce new collections with unique designs, so be sure to check out our latest arrivals!
